Rates valid to 31 December 2012
• $185 per couple per night
• $25 for each additional person per night - children and adults (infants under 2 years old stay for free)
• minimum stay is 2 nights
• discounts apply for longer stays and out of season bookings
• Check in: 2 pm or by prior arrangement

• Credit cards accepted (VISA, MC, EFTPOS)
Cancellation Policy
- For all bookings a deposit of 40% of the total cost of accommodation is required.
- Deposits will be refunded for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the booking date.
- Cancellations less than 21 days prior to the booking date will forfeit the deposit unless the accommodation is re-let for the whole booked period.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the booking date will be responsible for 100% of the booking unless the accommodation can be re-let for the whole booked period.
- Cancellations have to be in writing.
- It is suggested that guests seek travel insurance particularly for longer stays.
- All cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Check-in information: We also own the Gumtree on Gillies Bed and Breakfast in Yungaburra. Guests for the Blue House are kindly requested to see us at Gumtree B&B first to register, pay and get directions to the Blue House. Gumtree B&B is located at 4460 Gillies Highway, about 600 m outside Yungaburra on the road to Atherton. A big sandwich sign is located at the entrance to our long gumtree lined driveway. This is a 2 minutes drive from the Blue House or a short, 'adventurous' stroll across our paddock and the suspension bridge over Peterson Creek.
